FREE WEEKLY CLASS IN THE QI OF QIGONG AND T'AI CHI, FRANCONIA
Thursdays 5-6 PM Franconia Village Church. Instructor Mary Sturtevant, M. Ed., certified teacher of health and healing arts for 20+ years, certified teacher of Qigong and T'ai Chi. Classes are free, donations are welcome. The goal of Qigong and T’ai Chi is to harmonize body, mind and breath through a process of gathering, cleansing and circulating Qi, or vital energy, for increased health, vitality and balance of all body systems. The classes focuses on Qigong forms that promote centering and groundedness, and T'ai Chi form that promotes balance and focus at all levels. SPELLING BEE BENEFITS AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY, LITTLETON
Friday April 11 at 7 PM Littleton Elks Club on Route 302. The UBCancer Free Relay for Life team is hosting and coordinating, local businesses, organizations and individuals are invited to form teams consisting of four players, $60 per team, up to 25 teams, teams are encourages to seek sponsors. The public is invited to come out and enjoy the event, $5 donation per person suggested.
